Terms of Use

By using Pet's Dynasty, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. About Pet's Dynasty

Pet's Dynasty is Pakistan's first pet super-app, operated by NAUF NETWORKS. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pet's Dynasty. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with parental or guardian consent.

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Marketplace Rules

Important: Pet's Dynasty charges a 10% platform fee on all Marketplace transactions (except adoption listings, which are free). This fee is non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
  • All sellers and service providers must be verified by our admin team before listing.
  • Listings must be accurate, honest, and include all relevant information.
  • The sale of illegal animals, counterfeit products, or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
  • Adoption listings are free and may not be used to disguise paid sales.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments on Pet's Dynasty are processed through JazzCash and Easypaisa. Payments are secured using HMAC-SHA256 server-side signing.

  • Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case and subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant Pakistani authorities.
  • Platform fees (10% or 15% for services) are deducted before seller payouts.

5. TeleVet Services

TeleVet consultations are for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not replace in-person veterinary care for emergencies or serious conditions.

Emergency Notice: If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go to your nearest veterinary clinic immediately.
  • All vets on the platform are independently verified by the Pet's Dynasty admin team.
  • Cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance for a refund.

6. User Content

  • You must own or have the rights to all content you post.
  • Content must not be illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, or sexually explicit.
  • Social feed posts auto-delete after 7 days. You are responsible for saving your own content.
  • We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users.
  • Creating fake listings, fake reviews, or fake identities.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform.
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Pakistani law.
  • Circumventing platform fees by conducting off-platform transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pet's Dynasty and NAUF NETWORKS are not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users, TeleVet advice, platform downtime, or third-party payment gateway failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pet's Dynasty in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
