Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Pet's Dynasty ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by NAUF NETWORKS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Pet's Dynasty mobile app or website.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to this policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, username, profile photo, and role (owner, seller, vet, etc.)

Pet Information: Pet name, species, breed, age, photos, and health notes you choose to add.

Marketplace Data: Listings you create, orders placed, payment references (not card numbers), delivery addresses.

TeleVet Data: Appointment records, consultation notes, vet license numbers (for verification).

Communications: Messages sent through the in-app chat.

Device & Usage Data: Device type, OS version, IP address, and app usage analytics.

Location: City-level location you provide in your profile or listings. Precise GPS is only used if you explicitly share it.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Pet's Dynasty platform
• To process marketplace transactions and TeleVet payments
• To verify vet, seller, and provider identities before approval
• To send push notifications (appointments, messages, order updates)
• To detect fraud, spam, and policy violations
• To respond to support requests

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider (data stored in EU/US region)
• JazzCash / Easypaisa — payment processing (we share only the minimum required for transactions)
• Daily.co — TeleVet video call infrastructure
• Law enforcement — if required by Pakistani law or valid legal process

5. Security

All payments are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and processed server-side. Passwords are hashed by Supabase (bcrypt). Database rows are protected with Row-Level Security (RLS) — users can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update incorrect information via your profile
• Deletion: Delete your account from Settings → Delete Account
• Opt-out: Disable push notifications in Settings at any time

8. Data Retention

Social feed posts auto-delete after 7 days. Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance.

9. Children's Privacy

Pet's Dynasty is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at support@petmania.pk to have it removed.
